Aura Cardona, RN, joins us from the San Francisco, California area and will cover the surrounding parts of the state. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Aura is a native New Yorker who moved to the California Bay Area 27 years ago in search of warmer weather. She brings over 30 years of nursing experience, with the last ten years focused on Case Management. Aura’s diverse expertise includes Home Health, Neurology, Cardiology, Forensic Nursing, and Pediatric Hematology and Oncology. She has also provided Primary Care and Triage services for patients from newborns to end-of-life throughout Northern California.
