Our case managers are the eyes and ears of your claims team. Our team of case managers serve as the injured workers’ advocate while we facilitate and coordinate the rehabilitation needs of the case. We make sure the injured worker treats in a timely and cost-effective manner while promoting optimal outcome. VONA provides knowledge and insight into the providers and treatment plan while assisting with the recovery from injury or illness, physical and emotional well-being, return to work and normal activities of daily living.
Our vocational case managers provide unbiased and comprehensive testing and assessment services to help an injured worker return to the workforce such as job site analysis, job descriptions, labor market research and career counseling. We can assist with settlement by providing wage and earning analysis, and vocational expert testimony.
Our seasoned case managers are trained and state certified to provide comprehensive planning, medical management and communication with all related parties to ensure appropriate care of a catastrophic injury. We are immediately available to coordinate care between the medical staff, employer and family to ensure the best possible outcome.
Our telephonic case managers ensure the appropriate treatment is quickly established and implemented for ALL work related injuries by communicating with all parties involved: injured worker, employer and all providers. We ensure the proper care is appointed and the injured worker gets back to work as quickly and safely as possible. When and where applicable, we also have the ability to utilize video conferencing.
