There is a lot of uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and the effects on individuals, businesses, families, etc. The only thing we can be sure of is that there is no single answer on dealing with this virus, its overall impact or what the future holds. With that being said, VONA Case Management, Inc. is taking every step possible to take care of our employees, our clients and our communities. Things are changing on a daily basis but we will continue to err on the side of caution and protect all parties.
Our Services
VONA will operate as normal in the areas and times that we can. In addition, we will be utilizing technology to assist with the ongoing need for communication with the injured worker and the physicians, as well as our clients. Our main focus will always remain to have an impact on the file and help move it towards closure as quickly and safely as possible.
There has never been a more important time for communication and organization–and VONA will be there to help. This is a challenging time for everyone, but we will get through this together. We have made the choice to remain vigilant and maintain our determination to get the job done.
