From August 17–20, 2025, VONA had the privilege of attending the Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI) Conference in Orlando, Florida—one of the largest and most anticipated gatherings in the workers’ compensation industry. This event brings together thousands of professionals, including risk managers, claims adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys, to share insights and shape the future of the field.
This year’s WCI was especially exciting for us as we officially introduced and launched VONA’s refreshed branding, anchored by the tagline: “Built on Trust. Proven by Time.” More than simply a brand refresh, it reflects a decade of client feedback, outcome analysis, and an unwavering focus on doing one thing exceptionally well: case management.
At our booth, attendees were treated to a full coffee bar experience, complete with custom-printed coffee designs and biscotti—a perfect way to spark conversation and connections. Visitors also had the chance to enter a drawing to win a brand-new Apple Watch, which brought even more energy and excitement to our space.
In addition to the buzz around our booth, our team participated in sessions on claims management, return-to-work strategies, and new innovations in care delivery. As always, the networking was invaluable—we loved reconnecting with long-time partners and meeting new colleagues from across the country.Attending WCI reinforced our mission: being the trusted partner in improving outcomes for those we serve. We left Orlando inspired, energized, and proud to share VONA’s next chapter with the workers’ compensation community.
