Jacquie O’Brien, RN, BA, CCM, brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including the last nine years dedicated to case management. Her focus on achieving the best outcomes for every referral has been a hallmark of her career.
Jacquie will be serving the Monterey Bay area, including Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties, Gilroy, Hollister, Silicon Valley, and southern cities in the East Bay area.
