Lisa Hamilton, RN, CCM joins us in the Tallahassee, Florida area and will cover surrounding areas of the panhandle and South Georgia. Lisa has been a registered nurse for 28 years, most of those spent working in the home health field. She spent the last 5 years as the Director of Case Management at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Tallahassee.
